Realistic Doritos Cake - How I Made It (Time-lapse)!!

So.. I got this really cool opportunity to make a realistic 3D cake that looks like a packet of Doritos!! Did I nail it? Hells yeah I did!! This is actually one of my greatest achievements, one I'm super proud of and also had difficulty parting with!! The cake requested was a chocolate mud cake with chocolate buttercream, covered and decorated with #pettinice fondant. Don't worry about not having a fancy fondant steamer, #americolorclearpipinggel would simply help you get that shiny texture on the surface!!
