In 2022, VFX artist and YouTuber Kane Pixels created a found footage horror series about The Backrooms on YouTube. The topic also being touched on by YouTubers such as Broogli and Return To Render, and the series by Kane being a huge hit, earning millions of views and reactions from large creators such as The Film Theorists and SomeOrdinaryGamers.
