He was reached by Jesus during medical school amidst an intense emotional crisis and has since studied the Christian mind and the mind of Christ, with an emphasis on the convergence between medicine and the theology of emotions, habits, and emotional disorders. He was a university professor in the medical course for the past 8 years.
