Micro Teaching, or Amaliyah Tadris, is often referred to as Teaching Practice. Typically, this program is for final-year students who are about to graduate from Islamic boarding schools. The aim of Amaliyah Tadris is to equip students with the necessary skills to teach. The Amaliyah Tadris program is typically conducted by universities for students studying teaching. However, Islamic boarding schools have already introduced it to their students, ensuring they become skilled teachers upon graduation. Beyond teaching skills, Amaliyah Tadris fosters the students' mentality. It demonstrates everything and is a requirement: whether they like it or not, whether they can or not, whether they have the mentality or not, they are obligated to teach standing in front of the entire class. Firly Nurul Nafisah represented the 6th grade class in the inaugural Amaliyah Tadris. He took the Hadith lesson for second grade at the junior high school level, titled "Help Each Other." The event, held on Tuesday, October 29, 2024, began at 8:40 a.m. and ended at 9:20 a.m. WIB (Western Indonesian Time), with a 40-minute duration, specifically from the third period until the end. The assessment team, known as Musyrif, provided critical assessments of the practice. The practice was guided directly by Abi KH. Mustopa Mughni, MA, and several Asatidz (Islamic leaders) on stage. The first practice, witnessed by all students, served as a lesson in how to teach in the classroom. "This teaching practice will be beneficial to society in the future, so don't waste this opportunity," said KH. Mustopa Mughni, M.A., in his advice.
