'RHONY' Rebecca Minkoff ‘Proud’ Of Her Scientology Faith: 'It's Part of Who I Am'

“The Real Housewives of New York City” stars are back for Season 15! Newbies Rebecca Minkoff and Racquel Chevremont chatted with Access Hollywood’s Housewives Nightcap and dished on what to expect, as they revealed what surprised them about joining the show. “I think the friendships. I didn't really expect - I wasn't sure what to expect, let’s just put it that way, whether or not I would be welcomed. And so, it surprised me that they just [welcomed with] open arms, which was amazing,” Racquel said. Meanwhile, Rebecca, who is a successful fashion designer, responded to fellow castmate’s Brynn Whitfield comment who pointed out that her bags can be found at Nordstrom Rack. “I love Nordstrom Rack, you know, like let's look at America, if they can buy something designer at a price they can afford let's celebrate that,” Rebecca told Access, adding, “So, that was not shady to me. I was like ‘Thank you, Brynn. Thank you.’” Plus, Rebecca also shared more about her Jewish and Scientology faith, revealing, “It's part of who I am. I was raised Jewish, and in Scientology, and I'm proud of it. Life is really stressful, so for me, this has been a place that I turn to deal with stress, being a better communicator, being a better mom and so that's who I am.” “The Real Housewives of New York City” airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo.
