"What is a Narrator?": A Literary Guide for English Students and Teachers

What or who is a narrator in a story? What is the difference between an author and a narrator? Senior Instructor J.T. Bushnell answers these questions using examples from Harper Lee's To Kill a Mockingbird and everyday life. The short video is designed to help high school and college English students to not only identify the narrator in literature but also to analyze its structure and purpose.
