Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4 55:38 Any% Speedrun

Recorded on January 1st, 2013 My shortest speedrun on YouTube. Sorry for all the random noises that occurred during the run. I will write on how well I did in each level. First of all, a speedrun of this one was meant to be posted in late November. That speedrun I got was 55 minutes and 12 seconds. I tried to post the video up on youtube but it was blocked because it has music in it through out the speedrun. So this speedrun has no music and I canceled the music at the end of the Bail 1 video. I choose the custom skater because if I picked a pro skater, then I can't change the darker stats while I can change any stat I want from the custom skater. Also note the specials that I have to do are different because this speedrun is my 2nd playthrough of today that I beat the game. I know I didn't choose the fastest goals to complete because they are too risky. In the future I want to do a segmented speedrun of this or a 100% as well. I guess this speedrun just shows my routes of the game. College: I did ok I guess. I messed up in some places. I don't know the fastest way to complete this if you talk to someone and then do something else or if you talk to someone and then just do the goal. San Francisco: I hate how in this game, you go for the special sometimes but then you don't and you want to do a trick but do a special instead. That is what happened in the Pro Score goal. Alcatraz: I did good but messed up on 2 goals. Kona: I hate the 2nd goal that I did because either you are not going to have enough air to jump the hut or you jump the hut but don't do the special for some reason. Shipyard: I did well I think. Especially the "Collect the Rivets" goal. But I did mistakes. London: I think I am never happy with these levels in this game for some reason. I think like that because I messed up on things that I shouldn't mess up on or do things that I shouldn't do. I was lucky in the "Skitch the Police Bike" goal at the very end though. Zoo: The downfall of the speedrun. The Zoo never gave me any trouble. I was going to beat the 55:12 speedrun because I was winning by 1 goal. First off, I totally missed the pro score goal. Then on the special trick goal, I did terrible. Then there are goals that I didn't do well in. London and Zoo seems different from the rest and the Zoo might be my favorite level in this speedrun as well. End: I actually failed on this last goal :/ What I needed to do was a segmented run on this like I said earlier because it seems that I am never happy with this game at all. A sub 50, 48, or 46 maybe? My next speedrun will be Frogger Any% or Gex 2 100%. Thanks for watching my speedrun and reading all of this!
