Unseen Buffalo: Helping the East side Catch Up

Buffalo is on the rise again. It's a sentiment Western New Yorkers have been celebrating during the past several years of rebirth. But on the city's East side, many of the poorest neighborhoods are not on the rise and have a long way to go. Erica Brecher talks with social advocates and city officials on what's being done to help with East side poverty and when desperate residents can expect change. (November sweeps 2015)
