チェリーセージ　夏前に剪定して秋の花を待つ

In July, just as the small red flowers were finishing blooming, I pruned my cherry sage again this year. I cut off the dead flowers and trimmed it down to a more compact height, from about 1.5 meters, using natural pruning techniques. It's now better ventilated, so it should be able to survive the hot summer and bloom again in the fall. I've posted photos of the flowers on my blog.
