In this video, we went to "Besh Qozon", one of the most famous food destinations in Central Asia, and tried the legendary Uzbek plov cooked over a wood fire in giant cauldrons, and I also tasted horse meat for the first time in my life! Moreover, I was amazed by this delicious, fast, and very clean place. 😋 After filling our stomachs, we headed to the historical turquoise-domed Chorsu Bazaar, one of the centuries-old trade centers on the Silk Road. We got lost among organic fruits and vegetables, fresh spices, famous Uzbek bread (non), and interesting street food.
