Plank Pose for Yoga Teachers | Hand Position, Shoulders, and Core Alignment

Plank is one of those poses we tend to move through quickly in a sun salutation, so we don't always have time to refine it. But slowing it down, even once at the start of class, can build the foundation for everything that follows... and start to establish new patterns for you and your students.
