So, a vessel is hijacked and two oil rigs are boobytrapped with high powered explosives. Why? Because Anthony Perkins wants a ransom from the UK government. They in turn send in Roger Moore as Rufus Excaliber ffolkes to kill everyone in sight and save the day. In charge of the action is EDDIE STACEY and ffolkes team are made up of British stuntmen.
