Moong Daal Waffles: • Moong Dal Waffles Chemeen Chor Recipe: 500 grams Prawns (Marinate with 2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, salt) 2 medium sized onions 1 tsp ginger 1 tsp garlic 2-3 green chillies 2 medium tomato (or 1 large tomato) 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp garam masala powder 1/2 tsp fennel powder 1/2 tsp cumin powder 2 tbsp yoghurt Coriander leaves Curry leaves 2 1/2 cup jeerakasala rice Ghee Whole garam masalas (To make ghee rice)
