Neil Redington from Loughborough was confronted after talking in an explicit manner to a 13 year old child (decoy). Neil acknowledged her age consistently throughout the chat & had a fascination with period & blood. Neil has been communicating in a disgusting & highly explicit manner to multiple children, we have passed these details to Nottingham Police so they can investigate & put appropriate safeguarding in place where necessary. Neil seemed a little lost for words when asked if he had any indecent images of children. We have since been informed that there is ongoing investigations for historical offences of a similar nature to what spoke to him about.
