More Than Words - Brass Quintet

"More Than Words" is a beautiful vocal duet with guitar accompaniment that was written by Nuno Bettencourt (guitar, vocal harmony) and Gary Cheroneis (vocal), both members of the band Extreme. The song became the group's greatest hit, even though is was a big departure from their normal style of funk-metal. As such it was considered a blessing and a curse for the band. Though ultimately they embraced it, performing it at every concert. This arrangement for Brass Quintet is by Bob Driggs. As always, it was a pleasure to play his work.
