We started shopping in the fashion capital of Japan, Tokyo. The shops are clean, and organized, and often offer designer bags in amazing condition. Neighborhoods I would recommend are Ginza, Harajuku, and Shibuya. Another advantage of vintage designer shopping in Japan is that many of your purchases can be tax-free.
