Ligero, ágil y con una potencia que sorprendía para su tamaño, se convirtió en un auténtico símbolo de deportividad y pasión por la conducción. Su motor turboalimentado y su diseño compacto lo hicieron famoso tanto en la carretera como en los tramos de rally, donde demostró ser un rival temible.
