You'll get this ending if you kill a hydra near Shizuka's route. Rance successfully reverts both of the sisters back to adulthood and they have a short talk. Also, I'm not sure why I got hung up by the phrase 姉妹丼物. Probably was looking for an excuse to use that clip.
