I Tried To Build A City On An Island With Only Ferries

I attempted the ultimate Cities Skylines 2 challenge: building an entire island city with ZERO bridge connections to the mainland. Only ferries allowed. Spoiler alert: it didn't go as planned. In this Marathon Cove experiment, I discovered just how limiting ferry-only transportation can be when trying to develop a functional island community.
