Melt butter over low heat 2. Add cardif and bake golden over medium-high heat (crisp) 5️⃣ Marshmallow blood 210g marshmallow 60g butter Cocoa powder 30g 30g skim milk powder Balona Cocoa Powder for Decoration 0. Strain skim milk powder, cocoa powder (required for preparation) 1. Melt butter over low heat 2. If one side melts with marshmallow 3. Add sifted powder and mix 4. When melted to a certain extent, turn off the heat and mix with residual heat (too much to make stone cookies) 6️⃣ Recommend making Dubai Chewy Cookie Split the filling by 30g each 12g portion of marshmallow Whoopi (It's not too big or too small, it's perfect!) 1. Slightly harden in the refrigerator after splitting the filling (to make it look good) 2. Roll the pistachio filling round to shape and refrigerate again 3. Cover it with skin 4.
