HCSO Mounted Patrol Unit Training
District 3 Crime Reduction Unit Deputy Humphrey Ihejirikah and District 2 Patrol Deputy Sustaita are part of a pilot program to train deputies who don’t own their own horses and have limited riding experience to be members of HCSO’s Mounted Patrol Unit. Mounted Patrol Unit Commander Lt. Adolph has long dreamed of opening the unit up to deputies who are new to horsemanship as a way to be more inclusive and grow the unit into the future. “I foresee a day that we're not going to have a whole lot of people in the department that even own a horse. So this way we can keep the tradition alive.” If you want to be part of our team please visit 👉 bit.ly/2BMsmZV.
