Observando GALAXIAS y SOBREVIVIENDO al FRÍO de ACAMBAY!

An out-of-this-world experience in Acambay! 🌌🔭 This time, we ventured to a magical place called Observing the Cosmos. It wasn't just camping; it was connecting with the universe. We had the opportunity to use professional telescopes to see everything from the craters of the Moon to the rings of Saturn and the moons of Jupiter. But it wasn't all peace and stars; the weather put us to the test. We spent the night in the rain at 3 degrees Celsius (37 degrees Fahrenheit), and let me tell you how the diesel heater and good sleeping gear made all the difference between enjoying the cold and suffering through it. Plus, we had a surprise visit from Monterrey! My good friend Lalo Orona joined us to share some barbecue and good conversation. While some of us rested, eight other vehicles went off to tackle the ravines of Peña de Ñado, and others went hiking in the area! Would you handle camping in 3-degree weather, or do you prefer warmth? Let me know in the comments. 👇 #Acambay #ObservingTheCosmos #OverlanderMexico #WinterCamping #Astronomy #4x4Mexico #Tankoma
