Making a hip hop beat on the Boss SP 202

First off congrats to Jose and Robert for winning the giveaway, I will be contacting you shortly! Today I am going to make a hip hop beat on the Boss SP 202. I decided I'd use my littler sampler to try to create a full beat. I wanted to show that regardless of the limitations it still has a lot more potential. As many you know this sampler is very limited for what it does but that doesn't mean you can't get those dope vibes from it. I ac than people give it credit for. Now I know that some of things I said in this video are a bit repetitive from the previous video I made but I felt like in the last last Boss SP-202 video that I made I didn't go into enough detail of what the Sp-202 into the specs. I try'd to do that a little more in this video. To be honest making a beat on the Boss SP-202 isn't very different from the Roland SP-404SX. I've heard people complain about what how this sampler sucks when trying to work on it by itself & I agree to a tiny extent and that is mainly due to the sequencer. Speaking of sequencer, I used my DAW as my main sequencer, Ableton Live 9 Suite. It helped me keep the Boss SP-202 in line and allowed me to add other details to the bet to give it a little bit more character. I did a lot more talking in this video so let me know if you enjoyed that, make sure to subscribe if you guys want to see more videos!! Thank you guys for watching! __________________________________________________________________________________ Support the channel by buying some BEATS or purchasing some of my BEAT TAPES: https://chrisgalactic.bandcamp.com/
