Back home, I turned this early summer sweetness into three things: 🍓 Strawberry Jam – The aroma of simmering jam filled the whole kitchen. Sealed in a glass jar, it can be enjoyed for a long time. 🍓 Strawberry Snow Mountain – Fluffy mashed yam piled up like a small mountain, drizzled with rich strawberry jam. Melts in your mouth. 🍓 Strawberry Pudding – Made with eggs and milk, smooth and bouncy, with fresh strawberries. Every spoonful is packed with real strawberry bits. And last but not least… I knitted my cat a strawberry cape! 🐱❤️ A bright red strawberry cape on a fluffy little cat — ridiculously cute.
