RAW PERFORMANCE | 1978 Ayres S2R-T34 Turbo Thrush (RP-R2447) | Ag-Aviation Plane-Spotting

A first in the channel, pure raw ag-aviation action. In the clip features a turboprop aircraft from Ayres Corporation, owned by Fred Ayres in Albany, Georgia, USA that was founded in 1977. Now being continued by Thrush Aircraft, LLC, established in 2003. The aircraft is equipped with 1x Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6A-34AG turboprop engine, a much efficient replacement to the old Pratt & Whitney R-1340 Wasp radial engine. Here we can see how the agri-pilot sprays pesticides in the banana field to keep the fruit healthy, with style. Special shoutout to Mark Lawrence Yangson (Light Aviation Photography), Capt.
