Residential buildings in the Podilskyi and Darnytskyi districts were damaged, with deaths and dozens of injuries. In the Kyiv region, an emergency evacuation of over 500 people was initiated in the city of Vyshneve due to the threat of detonation. Simultaneously, energy infrastructure in six regions was hit. A large-scale blackout was also recorded in Crimea: after a drone attack on a substation, power was lost throughout the peninsula, including Yevpatoria.
