Let's Play DnF Duel | Ghostblade Story

Welcome back to DnF Duel, short for Dungeon and Fighter Duel, an arcade fighting game based upon Dungeon Fighter Online, also known as DFO in short. The game features various classes from DFO as playable characters, complete with their own special moves and back-stories. The game features unique skills for every character alongside an accessible, yet deeply strategic approach to fighting through the use of simple combinations and guard and special skill gauges. Not only that, but every character has their own unique advantages and disadvantages. For this playthrough, we are going to focus on the individual stories of each of the 15 playable characters. While training in the forests of Arad with the nameless Ghost inhabiting his body, Ghostblade decides to take a break. He had been pushing hard because the Phantomisation of his arm had been quickening. They heard the sounds of battle nearby, followed by a kind of energy from one of the Wonders in the forest. They walked through it to find the goddess Nemyr in The Gate. She promised him a way to stagnate the phantomisation of his arm and sent him back to the Principality of Bel Myre to face his first Opponent, Vanguard. An easy victory later, Ghostblade found himself being chased by Imperial Soldiers and hid away in a bar. There, he found himself being scrutinised by an Inquisitor who could sense the evil within him. They battled, and Ghostblade took the victory. The owner of the bar then explained to him how the Wonder at Sky Tower has recently been activated. So Ghostblade snuck in to check it out, only to find a Crusader there who could sense two spirits in his body and thought him to be possessed. He won an easy victory against an unwilling opponent. Stepping through the wonder, he found himself aboard a ship sailing the Middle Ocean. That is when the wonder activated again, and a Launcher stepped through. They fought, and the Wonder let him step through again and transported him to Empyrean. There, he faced his first challenge in the form of the Grappler. Gathering information, he stepped onto a ship headed to Zelva, where he needed to get rid of an annoying Enchanter who was trying to Hex him. Finally making it to Zelva, he found the Kunoichi awaiting his arrival. He fought the Ninja and stepped back through into The Gate, where he faced Nemyr again. Turns out, Nemyr had only been using him and revealed his Ghost to be named Mohan. That is when she stole his will from him to summon The Lost Warrior. The two fought, and Ghostblade emerged victorious. The Lost Warrior eradicated Nemyr before returning the Will of the People back to where they all belonged.
