Dominic O’Brien, 59, from London, won the world memory championships eight times in a ten year period, and has broken several records along the way. His greatest achievement was remembering a sequence 54 random decks of playing cards, or 2808 cards, by only looking at each card once. After being inspired to improve his memory in 1987, he went on to pioneer techniques to improve recall, which he now teaches to everyone from business leaders to stand-up comedians.
