you go one of activity and exit out and increase your notoriety also level 5 notoriety is dangerous they can spawn with 4 people in cars some come in groups with RPGs and 44 magnums and any powerful weapons and there insanity also you can go to forgive and forget make sure you save after you go forgive and forget in level 5 notoriety just check your map anyways I love to do this for fun also make sure you save after you go forgive and forget other wise you'll have gangs still on you once you load your save anyways I love doing level 5 notoriety in this game because you can load vehicles which gangs attack you like los Carnales with Betsy (Ford f100) or Hollywood (Chevy Bel air) vice kings like the zokham (jaguar F Type 100) or Ngr v8 (Ford Ecolione or e150) Westside rollerz (Land Rover SUV) or Quarsur or the ricochet which is a dodge Magnum) and also NPC skin spawn killa or thugs
