1974 Summit Series

It's been called the 'Forgotten Series'. In September 1974 Team Canada with players from the World Hockey Association played the Soviets in another 8 game series. This time, the Soviets prevailed but it was much closer than the record shows. The Hockey Time Machine can take us back to 1974 but can't change the fact that Bobby Hull's disallowed goal at the end of the game. As a result, Game 8 would have been meaningful and a Canadian win would have meant the Series would end in a tie.
