Historic Glasgow building FLATTENED overnight after fire breaks out in vape shop

A huge fire in Glasgow overnight has brought the city centre to a standstill. The fire, which broke out at a vape shop on Union Street on Sunday afternoon, spread to part of Glasgow Central Station and other nearby buildings.  The vape shop was housed in a building on Union Street dating back to 1851 and has now partially collapsed. Emergency services were called to the four-storey building at around 3.40pm on Sunday.  Glasgow Central railway station remains closed, with major travel disruption expected throughout today.
