Slope stabilisation - Marini MR-2PN Micro drilling unit at work The MR-2 ID / PN is a drilling unit able to operate on steep surfaces . Its tubular structure with a wide base with 3 special folding supports, allows the unit to adjust itself to the uneven ground while moving; the possibility to rotate the supports of 90°allows an easy lateral translation. The MR-2 ID / PN can be equipped with an hydraulic/ pneumatic rotating head (for using 2” or 3” down-the hole hammer), or with a roto percussion pneumatic/hydro-pneumatic rock drill up to 58 Kg. The hydraulic/pneumatic feed of the trolley is moved by an hydraulic cylinder/ pneumatic piston motor.
