Paektu means the stamina with which Kim Jong Il is steering army-first revolution and our servicemen and people deem it an honor to go through the blizzard, it said, and continued: This blizzard is the strong wind reflecting the revolutionary spirit of soldiers as well as their resolve to defend justice and sovereignty. It fosters and trains Korean's resourcefulness and spirit, character and trait, personality and stamina while instilling into people the spirit of the guerrillas whose faith was that they could live and fight well only if there were water, air and land.
