Learn RADIOHEAD - Creep (Acoustic) Guitar Tutorial

In today's acoustic guitar tutorial we learn Radioheads epic tune CREEP. This is an awesome guitar strummer from the 90s. The lesson is based on an acoustic guitar version. 🎧 FULL PLAY-ALONG VID -    • CREEP | Radiohead (play-along cover) ACOUSTIC   The capo is on fret 3 to give us the chance to play mostly open chords. I have divided the playing levels into 2 stages. One a bit easier. One as the actual recording (but a bit harder). The chord shapes at level 1 are E, GSharp, A & Am Level 2 we add in the sus4 chords to create the same effect as Radiohead. The single strumming pattern I've chosen to play throughout the song creates a backbone of the rhythm. I have demoed this muted and added in the basic 4 chords. In the Radiohead recording there are additions and take aways of strums sporadically throughout the song. Once you have mastered the core patterns I teach in this guitar lesson you can add and take away strums for yourself. The main thing to develop when playing this song are the dynamics. Because the song is 4 minutes of the same 4 chords playing around it's important to build and drop the volume of the song to create energy and emotion. At level 2 we add the sus4 chords onto the final beat 4 before the push into the following bar. This is much harder but is exactly as the recording by Radiohead and well worth aspiring to.
