Imus In The Morning/Mike And The Mad Dog (Reconstructed Full 9/11 Broadcast)
(Sorta full but there was a considerate gap. I attempted to find a commercial used but it's nowhere to be found. All times mentioned are Eastern Daylight Time.) I managed to compile ALL the clips I could find, primarily epaddon's videos. According to the combined math of editing, time, and basic math, the whole available broadcast starts around 8:54 AM and lasts until around 3:00 PM on Sept. 11, 2001. Special notes: The station is WFAN AM 660. It's primarily a sports radio. Imus rips on MSNBC, CNN, and WCBS 2. There's also some political satire in the show and that does not reflect my political opinions. WFAN seemed to be the only station continuing to air commercial breaks. The first plane hit around 8:46 AM, quite a ways before the earliest clip. The second plane was occuring during the commercial break between the timestamps of 9:00 and 14:43, particularly when you hear a commercial about blood donation. The bomb at the heliport of the Pentagon mentioned about 52:00 in was later American Airlines Flight 77, as evidenced by a security tape and recordings from Ronald Regan International Airport used in the Sept. 11 review by Rutgers University. The first collapse occured in the commercial break between 1:06:38 and 1:10:06. Second collapse is estimated 1:37:54. Imus continued about 1:23 PM. (timestamp 4:26:58) Mike's co-host, Chris "Mad Dog" Russo couldn't get in as traffic was closed off for Manhattan, according to epaddon's comments, however Suzyn Waldman (fellow WFAN sportscaster) was in the studio. She witnessed the attacks as she was stuck in traffic. According to eppaddon, soon WFAN simulcasted WCBS 2.
