I'll share with you two antipasto recipes and side dishes that, once made, can be stored for a long time. It may seem simple, but it's a delightful taste that will make you smile. Today's antipasto: Paprika Agrodolce 3 paprika, 2 cloves garlic, 1 red pepper, 1 tablespoon capers, 10 green olives, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1/2 cup red wine, 1/2 cup red wine vinegar, a pinch of Italian parsley, a pinch of salt Eggplant Caponata 2 eggplants, cherry tomatoes (half the amount of sliced eggplant), 2 tablespoons chopped onions, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 tablespoon capers, 2 anchovies, a pinch of flour, a pinch of Grana Padano cheese, a pinch of lemon juice Fig Grill 2 figs, salt, sugar, a pinch of pistachios, a spoonful of ricotta cheese All ingredients and tools used in the video were purchased by me. #Recipe #HyojadongDuomo #Caponata #EggplantDish #Paprika #Fig
