The Chicken Tagine is a very popular dish from Morocco, traditionally it is cooked in a flat and circular clay vessel with low sides and a large cone or dome shaped cover that sits on the base during cooking. The cover is designed to promote the return of all the condensation from the bottom, with the cover removed from the base it is easily used to be served onto the table.
