Thanks to a review by astute viewer, a glitch in the earlier upload of this interview was discovered. Re-Uploaded on March 19, 2015. Interviewed by Terry Wilson, shot by Bill Jingo on an Ikegami SD camera, recorded on a portable C-format 1-inch videotape machine. Edited by Terry from a third-generation copy. Portions of this interview were included in the Agora/Newport Music Hall 25th Anniversary documentary which aired on WCMH-TV and on WWHO-TV in 1995, and more recently on the PromoWest Live television series.
