No Fail Healthy Chocolate Cake without butter, without eggs

Today I am sharing with you a chocolate cake made with atta! This cake is very moist and fluffy, and it is also very easy to make. You can easily make this cake at home and make it even more special by decorating the cake. Try this chocolate cake recipe! Whole Wheat Flour Chocolate Cake Ingredients: • Whole wheat flour 1 cup • Cocoa powder 1/2 cup • Baking soda 1 tsp • Baking powder 1/2 tsp • Corn flour 2 tbsp • Salt 1/4 tsp • Oil 1/3 cup • Brown sugar (or jaggery powder) 3/4 cup • Milk 1 cup, at room temperature • Vinegar 1 tbsp • Vanilla extract 1 tsp • Boiling water 1/4 cup Preparation 1. Preheat your oven to 180˚C. 2. In a mixing bowl, sift together wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and cornflour. 3. Add a pinch of salt and whisk gently to keep the mixture light and airy. Sifting and whisking are key for a fluffy whole wheat cake. Set aside. 4. In another bowl, combine oil and brown sugar. Whisk, then add milk and vanilla. Mix just for a minute—don’t overmix. 5. Add vinegar and hot boiled water. Stir gently. 6. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients and whisk just until combined. Avoid overmixing. 7. Pour the batter into a lined 8x8-inch square or 8-inch round cake tin. 8. Bake at 180˚C using both upper and lower rods for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean. 9. Let the cake cool to room temperature before removing it from the pan. 10. Drizzle with chocolate milk for extra moisture. 11. Top with fresh cream, slice, and enjoy!
