Tim: That's right. So we've just finished this awesome rib eye on the OptiGrill. Ereka: Fantastic. Tim: So now it's time to add the vegetables to it. Ereka: Awesome, so all we did was basically just press the on button, the manual program, and OK. Tim: That's awesome. Ereka: All right so back to what you're doing now, what's going on here? Tim: So I'm putting a little bit of peanut oil on the vegetables, and I'm going to season them up with a little bit of all-purpose rub right here. Ereka: Beautiful. Tim: Okay give them a nice flavor to them, and then we're just going to throw them on the OptiGrill, and grill them up. Ereka: One, two, three. Tim: That's right, it's just that easy. Ereka: Slice them, season them. Tim: So if you'll lift that up for me, throw a little bit of salt on here. Ereka: I can do that, wow. Tim: That's nice and hot, right? Ereka: Right. Tim: All ready for us, and... Ereka: You throw those on, one for you, one for me? Tim: One for you, one for me. Ereka: Okay so close that up? Tim: That's right. Now it's in the manual mode so right now we're not going to have any of the color changes, or the warning beeps, that the OptiGrill normally does. Actually it puts you in charge of the grill. Ereka: And so in saying that how do you know how much time it's going to take? Tim: Well it depends on how you like your vegetables, some people like their vegetables to be crispy and some people like them to be nice and soft. In the manual mode it allows you to have that freedom to how you like your vegetables cooked, and I know you like yours crispy so you don't have to tell me that. Ereka: Thank you. Tim: Okay so I think we're ready on the zucchini. Ereka: Okay. Tim: Pull these off. Look at that it's awesome. Ereka: Beautiful. Look how great that looks. Tim: It's perfect, and but a little bit more time on the cauliflower I think. Ereka: I knew you were going to say that. It's a sturdier vegetable that's why. Tim: That's right a little bit thicker. You know and grilling cauliflower you think about it and we're not steaming it, it takes away all the time and it's nice and simple. Ereka: Right. Tim: That's right. Okay I think the cauliflower's ready. Ereka: Okay. Look at that, just like that, done.
