Today, we are trying out Hibiki Harmony, a blended Japanese Whisky, very well recognised globally. Also, we did a little experience, we have blended our Yamazaki single malt and Hakushu single malt. Did it taste like Hibiki harmony? Let's find out!! Hibiki Blended Japanese Whisky Suntory Whisky was founded in 1923 by Shinjiro Torii. For over three generations, Suntory's master blenders have devoted themselves to pursuing the harmony of Japanese nature and craftsmanship.
