Most of us train our bodies. Very few of us train our brains. This kriya was designed to challenge your attention, the coordination between breath and movement, and your ability to stay present. During the practice, we will alternate breaths, specific movements, and moments of stillness that invite the brain to step out of autopilot. It's not about emptying your mind. It's about learning to direct it. If your work requires you to think, decide, teach, create, or solve problems every day, this practice can become a tool worth exploring.
