From Fairytales to Your Plate: Raffaello Cheesecake the Royal Dessert You Deserve

I'm Shirin and this time, I’m back with another exciting and unique video İn praise of food: spotlight on Raffaello cheesecake Soft and silky texture, Dreamy combination of cream, coconut, and powdered milk, And the delightful taste of childhood memories Ingredients for Raffaello cheesecake: 300g crushed biscuits 125g melted butter 300g cream cheese 200g whipping cream 100g sugar 80g powdered milk 40g shredded coconut 1 tablespoon gelatin powder 1/3 cup water 100g white chocolate 50g cream for topping Instructions for Raffaello cheesecake: 1. Mix the crushed biscuits with melted butter and spread evenly and firmly on the bottom of your mold. Place the mold in the refrigerator. 2. Beat the cream cheese, whipping cream, and sugar until the sugar is fully dissolved. 3. Add the powdered milk and mix well. 4. Fold in the shredded coconut with a spatula. 5. Prepare the gelatin mixture by heating the gelatin powder and water using the bain-marie method, then add it to the mixture and stir. Initially, the mixture will seem thin, but let it sit for a while to thicken as the gelatin activates. 6. Remove the mold from the refrigerator and spread the mixture over the biscuit layer. Refrigerate for 1 hour to slightly firm up. 7. For the topping layer, melt white chocolate and cream together using the bain-marie method. 8. After 1 hour, add the final topping layer to the cheesecake and cover the surface with shredded coconut. Garnish with Raffaello chocolates and almonds for decoration. 9. Refrigerate the cheesecake for 2–3 hours before serving. Nooshe Jaan! 🤤 #raffaellocake
