Well, this tour is the most popular in Creel, Chihuahua. Fortunately, this tour only lasts half a day, so I took advantage of it to do this tour in the morning, and in the afternoon I went to the wonderful hot springs of Recowata. This place is located at the bottom of the Tararecua Canyon, so yes, this means you're going to do a lot of walking. The road to Recowata is first along an 8 km dirt track and then along a 3 km stone path. You guessed it, the descent to Recowata is on foot, and yes, you guessed it again, you also have to walk back up! Don't worry, these hot springs in Chihuahua will make all your effort worthwhile! The view of the canyon while hiking is incredible, and the Recowata hot springs at 35°C are amazing! The cost of the Recowata tour depends on where you book it; we paid around $350 pesos. I recommend asking around, but remember that the price depends on how many people are traveling with you.
