This time, thanks to an Airbnb project, I visited Kaminokuni Town, Hiyama District, Hokkaido. 🌊🦑 I had the opportunity to interact with the warm-hearted locals and leave both my heart and stomach feeling completely satisfied! I even tried my hand at filleting squid for the first time in my life, and even made my own homemade shiokara (sea cucumber). I'm sure I'll be saying on TV one day, "I can make shiokara!"
