Mango Park Police Officer Dean White is on patrol when he gets a call about a stolen vehicle in the area. He locates the vehicle parked outside the mall and waits for someone to return. Then, Officer White witnesses a woman approaching the car and bolts into action. After a few questions, he takes the woman into custody. Then, when a backup unit arrives, Lt.
