Sura Leal, a passenger who works night shifts, expresses her concern about people accessing the stations without paying. "You don't know who's next to you," she says. Tatiane, another user, highlights the lack of security and the absence of information at the stations. Since June 17th, 37 stations have been operating without security. The Belo Horizonte Transportation and Transit Company (BHTrans) reported that repairs are being made and a new security contract has been approved, with professionals expected to start working soon.
