DIY Conservatory Warm Roof Conversion Part 1 -Warm in Winter Cool in Summer "mr factotum's workshop"

Just about to start a New Project (Part 1) (and represents how i did it on my specific size conservatory, so it's just a how i did it and not a how to video) something completely different from my usual Projects. I HAVE BEEN ASKED THIS NUMEROUS TIMES YOU WILL NEED BUILDING REGS PERMISSION. it's straight forward if you adhere to the relevant specs, if you have to get it retrospectively it will cost you more but as long as you don't cut corners should be no problem.
