Hello^^ She's everyone~ This is Jeju Rishne, a good family. 🤗 Today's video is about making geotjeori (spicy kimchi) and seasoned kelp with cheonggukjang (fermented soybean paste) and eating it with cheonggukjang (fermented soybean paste). Originally, I was going to eat geotjeori with chicken kalguksu (noodle soup), but since we had spicy stir-fried chicken the day before, my younger sibling wanted to eat it with rice rather than noodles, so I made some cheonggukjang and seasoned kelp. I made the kelp seasoned with an online recipe, but I personally think it suits our tastes better without sesame oil. I like to season the geotjeori right away, without salting it, so I mixed it with fish sauce and seasoned it. I also brought out the jangjorim (braised soybeans) I made the day before for the kids and served it with it. ^^ And doenjang (soybean paste stew) or cheonggukjang (fermented soybean paste) is a must for geotjeori!
