Cookie Recipe 🍪: 75 gr. Hazelnuts or Almonds 100 gr. Butter or Margarine 100 gr. Sugar 1 Egg 75 gr. Flour Pinch of Salt 1 teaspoon of Baking Powder 100 gr. Oat Flakes Zest of half a lemon First, beat the melted butter with the sugar until you get a whitish cream. Add the egg and beat until combined. Add the sifted flour, a pinch of salt, and the baking powder. Mix well and then add the crushed dried fruit, the oats, and the lemon zest. Mix well until you have a homogeneous paste. Make small balls of approximately 25g each and bake for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. I hope you like it!! 😋😋
